Engagement.
1. Nature of the Entity
Naretunoi is a community-led conservation entity operating within the Athi-Kapiti ecosystem. We are not a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). By using this website, you acknowledge that your support facilitates community-driven conservation and artisan livelihoods directly.
2. Non-Refundable Transactions
Strict Policy: All transactions—including donations via PayPal and manual M-Pesa payments—are final and non-refundable.
Once funds are committed to a project or donation, they are immediately allocated to field operations, artisan payments, or conservancy management. We cannot reverse these allocations.
3. Use of Content
All images of the Athi-Kapiti landscape, wildlife, and artisan products are the intellectual property of Naretunoi. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this media for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
4. Manual Payment Verification
For payments made via M-Pesa Till (6490991), the user is responsible for reporting the transaction via the provided "Report Payment" channels. Naretunoi is not liable for untraceable manual payments where no verification was provided by the donor.
5. Limitation of Liability
Naretunoi provides this website "as is." While we strive for 100% accuracy in our project updates, we are not liable for technical interruptions or typographical errors regarding project goals or ecological data.
